The Gay & Lesbian Switchboard congratulates everyone in the Long
Island LGBT community on the passing of Marriage Equality.
A special Wedding Planning section is coming very soon to our Resource
Guide. In the meantime, we already list gay friendly Churches, Catering,
DJ's, Florists, Travel Agents and more in all their respective sections
within our Resource Guide. Take a look!

Look for the Switchboard at the 20th Annual Long Island Pride Parade
on Sunday, June 12 at 1:00pm in Huntington Village. Stop by our GLSB Table during the Pride Festival
in the Park afterward and say "Hi."

Our 20th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
at The Historical Thatched Cottage.
What an exhilarating evening! A beautiful venue filled with friends
and families who recognized the significance and importance of this
milestone. Along with the delicious FOOD, great SERVICE, and the DANCE
the-night-away music by TnT and the J-Walkers, everyone was moved
by the speech made by the founder and visionary of the switchboard.
We all had an evening to remember! There will be over 400 pictures
posted on our social networks for you to enjoy. THANK YOU to our ever-supportive
community for making this event the talk of the town! Come and see
us at the PARADE!

tragic news of recent suicides amongst gay teens, it's important to note the
Gay & Lesbian Switchboard's primary focus is to provide both peer
counseling and informational resources.
Whether one is depressed with no one to confide in, or just needs someone to
talk to, we are "your friendly voice on the other end of the
phone."
We're here Monday to Friday- 7pm to 10pm. Call us. We'll listen.
